Just wanted to add that I saw Halloween greeting cards in the store. Very elaborate and also new to me since I go card shopping each year for birthday cards to send to family back home and this is the first year I have seen Halloween cards. Sorry no photos of the cards. When the Christmas cards come out though I will take photos and post them then you can just imagine the same card but with pumpkins and such and you will get the idea.
Also wanted to add that there are some public festivities for Halloween such as a big parade in Kawasaki as someone blogged about here
